Tushar gave his first stage performance after 17 years of being called a 'Besura'. Today a versatile singer and percussionist, Tushar has the ability of imitation that enables him to sing songs of singers as diverse as Kishore Kumar and Mukesh.
Pancham or Dada, (as Tushar is known in the family and in the group), is a writer, artist, graphic designer and a search engine optimization professional. A compulsive foodie, Tushar is usually seen stuffing himself with food if he isn't woking on music.
He started singing while in college, having refused to accept his perceived inability to sing. His keen sense of rhythm has helped him learn percussions and he supports the group on Congos, Tabala and Dafli whenever needed. As a music composer, Tushar has composed and penned the lyrics for a few songs that are being produced by Zansam.
Tushar also is an active member of Zansam's event planning committee and the designer of all Zansam's collaterals, including the Zansam website, publicity material, souvenirs, etc.
Intense most times, Tushar is reserved and shy till he gets to know people closely...and before he lets his crazy side show.
