Deepa

Deepa hails from a small town in the Western Ghats of northern Karnataka. Gifted with a naturally melodious voice that resounds the mountains she hails from, Deepa is the 'mother' of the group. Well, since she is the only one who has two kids, she sometimes decides we are her kids too...in a most endearing way.

Married in to Bangalore, Deepa is a full time mother and home maker. Whatever time she is able to steal for herself, is spent singing and practicing music.

Deepa has always been a gifted singer, much like her mother, who was a performer on All India Radio.

A relentless trier, Deepa's great strength is her refusal to give in and the seemingly effortless ease with which she brings soul to all that she sings.
